he's from San Francisco , & he's one of gossip girl fans ! he spotted in London this summer , he has some problems with his parents cuz he's on drugs ! he's so mean with his friends recently and his parents thinks they should put him in rehab , everyone in his school hate him , and they wish he won't be back to the school next fall !
